Important information about obtaining your Indonesian e-Visa

The Indonesian e-Visa is an electronic visa that allows foreign nationals to enter Indonesia for various purposes, including business meetings and conferences. It is processed online through the official immigration website: https://evisa.imigrasi.go.id/

  • Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity)
  • Recent color photograph
  • Conference invitation letter
  • Return flight ticket
  • Hotel booking confirmation
  • Bank Statement covering the last 3 months, showing name, account details and balance, required balance USD 2000 or equivalent.

The processing time for an Indonesian e-Visa typically takes 3-5 working days. However, we recommend applying at least 2 weeks before your planned travel date to account for any potential delays.

The e-Visa is typically valid for 60 days from the date of issue. The actual duration of stay permitted will be determined by the immigration officer upon arrival, based on your purpose of visit and supporting documents.

Yes, you must print your e-Visa approval and carry it with you when traveling. You will need to present this document along with your passport at immigration checkpoints.
